Lauren Conrad Summer Dress

Sweet pink swiss dot summer dress by Laura Conrad size XL. Tied low on the waist for a vintage feel. Capped ruffled sleeves. Comes just to the knee and ruffles at bottom (I am 5'9"). One button in front, neckline comes a little high but not up the neck and has a slight ruffle. Never worn out, just tried on once.
