Lauren Conrad Tiffany Blue Dress

I've worn this only twice, to two weddings. I've had it for a few years bc I just can't seem to get rid of it. But now I'm convinced I realize I need to share the love. It's a pure Tiffany blue dress. All you need is pearls to dress it up. It's very form fitting as it hugs right before the hips.
