Lauren NWT turquoise look necklace

Looks like turquoise beads but I don't think it's natural turquoise. Has different shapes separated by gold beads. New with tags. Lauren brand. All of my items are from my personal closet. Unless specifically noted, you should assume that measurements and sizing are consistent with norms for brands listed. I take care of my clothes and make an effort to price fairly to reflect condition and market value. I will entertain reasonable offers, but won't accept a low-ball offer.
