This dress is SO fine! The fabric, the construction, the design, it’s all so good. More like a vintage couture dress. The blue is like larkspur or a periwinkle though the flowers in the pattern are blue cabbage roses (which is not found in nature). It’s a sleeveless dress with an attached over jacket. Seams form pleats in the skirt. Perfect for a summer wedding or medical school graduation. A very special event deserves this dress. Tag size 10. More like modern 8.
