Would you be able to measure the circumference of the calf width? I need about 16 1/2 - 17”. I would love to purchase these if wide enough. Thank you

Hi! these are a reposh from @llzard79 and she indicated they are 18 inch circumference. I will say these is the 3rd pair of black boots purchased from poshmark and none have fit by thick 10" calf!

Would it be possible to measure to check the width at the top? 18 should be fine for me but I have struggled to find fitting boots!
