The tag shows a size 10. Is it a 10 and fits like a 8?

I took pictures of the 10 but I also have an 8. both are in EUC. So the 8 fits like an 8. Thanks for checking out my closet!!!

The size 10 is 20 1/2" from pit to pit, Th 8 is 20" pit to pit. I hope that helps.
