This dress is so pretty and the color is amazing. The top is lined and shoulder pads add some drama to the draped V Neck top. The lay flat measurements are chest 18", waist 17", shoulder to shoulder is 17" and the length is 40". This dress is preowned but was never worn, it really is a great dress.
