Hi! Does the fabric on this dress have stretch to it? Also, what are the measurements of the mannequin?

@sangelinic good morning. Yes the both the lining and shell have stretch. I will post a pic of the fabric content. The mannequin measurements are as follows and I used a fabric measurement tape with her standing and are around each area, not side to side
Under Breast Bust 29.5”
Over Cups Bust 36”
Waist 27” Hips 36”
