Lauren Ralph Lauren ruched dress sz 2P

Gently used 🥰 (wore twice) size 2P knee-length dress. It has ruching on the left side and on the right shoulder of the dress. It is black with a white small leaf print. From pit to pit it is about 17" and stretches out another inch to 18". It measures at 13.5" at the waist and stretches an extra inch. I am 5'1" and this sits right at my knees.
