tuscantreasures @xotiqboutiq from pit to pit laying flat it is 19” when I pull it can go to 23” . Waist is 16” to 18” Hip is 20” to 25” . I was conservative with my stretching . So times 2 . If this works I am heading out of town this evening but could get it out asap today . Let me know and I will Accept your offer.
