Laurie Empire Dress Dusty Blue 1X (Bridesmaid)

Worn once, never altered. Birdy Grey Laurie empire dress 1x in chiffon dusty blue. It is long and I stepped on it a couple times so it is dirty on the bottom hem of the inner lining and also dirty and some water spots on the chiffon. Please look at the detail pics. I think dry cleaning could take care of it but honestly have no idea and maybe wont be an issue at all if you need to get it altered.
