Please supply the dimensions as there are 2 sizes to these bags. One is a larger crossover bag which is easily mistaken in a picture for the regular size bag. Please advise width...and advise the height of the bag folded over and fully extended. Also, what is the size of the silver hoops--1.5" or 2"? Those, too, are larger for the larger bag and smaller for the regular size bag. Thank you so much.

Fully extended it is approximately 15x14 folded it is around 8x14. The loops are approximately 2”
