Sheath Dress with Chiffon Overlay is simple & elegant. Spaghetti straps and with an “add on” separate chiffon piece that I added as a simple cover up or drape around the neck. The appliqué flowers on the dress are subtle and scattered throughout. This dress is a simple but elegant design that was worn once for a few hours to an event. The photos really don’t do it justice.
