Layer boots made in Spain. The boot jewelry can be changed and you can buy lots of different styles on their website. Not made by Spell but worn on many of their photo shoots. That’s how I discovered them. I just went crazy and have collected too many over the years 😜size 37. I am a 7-7 1/2 and they fit perfect.
