Layered Look Plaid & Gray Knit Tunic or Dress XS or S

I bought this brand new but never wore. I think it looks best over jeans and boots as a tunic, but would also work as a short dress. Button closure and "layers" are all faux as it is one piece. Double cowl-look collar is cool. Is a knit material but pretty lightweight. Is marked a Medium / 6 but definitely more of an XS or Small / 2 which is how I am listing it. I am a size 4 - it does fit me but it's much more form-fitting than I wanted it to be. Maybe if you wanted to wear it as a size M bodycon dress, then it would be perfect! Armpit to armpit 17-18". Shoulder to bottom 30". Is literally brand new, never worn.
