Layered cutout Rayon vegan suede dark long sweater stunning

This is a beautiful piece The back and sleeves or the sweater part is a soft Rayon nylon blend. As we know nylon was created for a durable silk substitute and rayon known for softness. The front is layered ,with a vegan suede floral Cutout mesh overlay that is georgeous. At 29" length some youth may wear as a minidress , I presume, but the piece runs 4" past the bottom of my bottom at 5'4.5" without the elasticity p-p is 18" true size small
