Layered floral dress

Beautiful sleeveless dress for a special occasion. It's pleated at the neck and drapes in a light, flowy way. The lining is loose and stretchy material and the outer shell is sheer navy blue with white and red flowers. I removed the tags and can't remember the brand, but it's a size M. Since it has a loose fit, it might work for someone who wears size L. Like new.
