Layered skirt with stretchy waistband. Got tons of compliments and I love it.

Feminine and flowing. Bottom layer is black and white with same pattern tulle top layer. Length is 17”. I wear a medium and this is a large. Stretchy waistband allows range of size fitting. I’m just getting too old to wear something like this.
