Layered tulle and lace high-low maroon dress

Dress is stunning and unique - top is a sweetheart neckline in the front with lace on top of the sweetheart line (tried to picture this with my hand in one of the pictures). Bottom is high-low layered tulle. Back has a zipper with a hook and a button at the top. Very flattering cut that defines the waist. Dress has been worn and cleaned maybe three times.
