Layered white homecoming/prom dress

I wore this goegeous tiered dress to a banquet. Bought from Windsor. Plenty of life in this cute little white dress with an adorable sweetheart neckline that will flatter anyone! Has 3 minor flaws (4th picture) but I'm sure a Tide stain stick would do the trick! Tag says size 5, but I think it could accommodate a few other sizes. I'd say it's a medium. Perfect with a belt, I used a piece of blue tool to tie in the back of the dress to match my date's tie. Accepting all reasonable offers!
