Was this dress ever worn? How much was hemmed off of the train? What height is it hemmed for?

@jyusko dress worn for less then 2 hours not a ton- the pictures are of the dress with the bustle and it’s still long in the back
Also it is still very long on me even with 3 inch heels on so lots of room below for alterations
