Interior lining is comfortable 100% lightweight cotton. Flutter cap sleeves. 3-button back closure to make a crewneck style. Neon embroidered embellishment on the top of each flutter sleeve on the neckline. In very good used condition. One very mild stain near the bottom front of the skirt shown in last photo.
