Le Garf (Lucien Veder French painter) antique lithograph numbered and signed

A beautiful antique lithograph by French artist Lucien Veder (he signed all his pictures Le Garf). This one's of a city in France, Chartres (the famous Notre Dame Cathedral is also located there). This was probably printed in the 1920's, its hand tinted and signed with pencil. It's in very nice condition, no water stains or rips. Somebody wrote the number 60 on the top right corner. I was tempted to use an eraser on, but common sense won over. I have to keep in mind the age of this beautiful and rare piece. The frame it's in is not old but looks pretty good with the picture. You can always change it easily though. it's 11½" X 9½" if you have any questions, please ask.
