never worn brand new super comfy. high waisted but not too aggressively high waisted. short without being obscene plus who cares if it's a micro mini cuz shorts underneath...to me shorts underneath is even bigger plus point than pockets....not bulky super cute could be caj or fancy. little bit of stretch I'm 5'10, 135lb and it fits well but is a little hippy for me but I'm pretty straight up and down in the hips but when I say a little I mean a little. to anyobe else it looks good but I'm picky
