What’s the measurements pit to pit and the fabric content please?

Pit to pit is 23 inches with the metal clasp classes. The smaller measurement is at the empire waist where is meaurses 17.5 with the inner button closed

Fabric is a lightweight polyester which surprised me. Feels kind of crepe-y. I’ve added a few more pics of details
