st8ofnv This bag is 10" tall. At it's base it is 14" wide tapering to 11" at the top. It is 7" deep. (14" x 7" at base) It has two large compartments in the front and back. As well as a center compartment that has a zipped closure and interior pockets for phone change ect. As for the smoking, I do not smoke and neither does the bag. However the purse has been to a bar or two where others smoked around it.
