Adjustable…. Standard size. It has some marks on bottom. You can use some shoe polish…. Otherwise have to look….. it has Hardwear on it…..It in good condition…..Exactly as photo. I tried to make a video but it’s not working? I am only selling it because I don’t wear it….It’s very cool & high fashion….. No reject item fashion pack. It’s about 13x 4& 1/2….. it expands to about 3 inches when full…. Thanks
