No rust on any hardware whatsoever. Both inside liners along the front of the thigh are in beautiful condition. Measurements; 40 " length top to bottom 29" crotch- bottom of the chap leg 32. 5" is the smallest waiste size possible (displayed in the first 3 pics) I'm 5'8" 155lbs with semi larger than average thighs and a small middle.I am a solid size 9 long in jeans & 29"x34"wranglers They are a tad short on me and I have 1/2" play in the thighs.
