Yes, it is actually. Shoulder seam to shoulder seam is 18". Armpit to armpit is 17". Length is 25". Waist is 37" from mid section, zipper to zipper, when opened up, lying the jacket out flat. 45" at the bottom hem from zipper to zipper when opened up lying flat. Hope that helps! FYI, while this is a large, it is a more fitted cut, so keep that in mind. This is not a loose fitting jacket.
