Leather Man, Ltd. handmade in Essex, Ct. brown leather and navy blue fabric belt

This handmade, preppy, leather and fabric belt is in wonderful condition. The woven navy blue fabric has a baby blue trimmed in red ribbon sewn on top. The belt has a solid brass buckle and unstretched sizing holes. The leather is in good shape wlth an unknown pattern (see pic).
