Leather Motorcycle Pack Worn Before 90's

Very Vintage leather motorcycle pack from as far back as at least the 90's probably earlier.. The insignia looks a lot like Harley Davidson, but I can't find the words on it anywhere. Leather never wears out but the lining of this bag is disintegrating. Where I live we would just take it to the Amish boot maker and ask them to repair it. It would be like new. I don't know if everyone has that type of service available. The owner of this bag was a dedicated Harley person so I don't understand this not being a Harley Davidson brand. But he sure did use this bag.
