Leather cut bracelet

Unknown brand, vintage/ 20 yrs old. Cut and dyed leather bracelet with 2 adjustable snaps. Dyed pink and green. Looks like a flower. No flaws. I have a tiny wrist - see measuring tape for size. Would fit a small girl or dainty wrists. Not my style- just taking up space in my jewelry box!
