What is the shoulder measurement from seam to seam and is it stretchy at all? I have huge shoulders and would like to be able to use my arms 😂. And how long is it? Does it hit above or below the waist?

@elfieinblack The shoulder measures 17” & the length is 22”. It hits just below the waist on me. There is no stretch. Hope that helps.
