Leather riding boots Sz 9

These are well loved leather boots I purchased over 5 years ago. They are extremely comfortable! The upper leather is in great shape, but the toe boxes are rough. I’m not sure how to fix it, or if you even can. But I think they have a year or two left in them! They probably fit closer to a 9.5 because of the amount of wear in them.
