Leather saddle bag fringe cowhide concho front

I am not sure who made this and maybe it is hand crafted? Smells of leather so I am pretty sure it is Bag is 9 x 8 not counting fringe strap drop length is 18 inches no issues looks great and clean very thick and well made it seems as lock is good on it too
