Leather skirt and jacket

Fashion Bug leather skirt and jacket Very long Tag says 22 but I feel this is a 90’s 22 more like an 18 now. A 16 could wear it. I’m a 14 and it sits at my hips and the jacket is too big but there’s lots of room in the hips and thighs so actually it might fit a 20... will post measurements if interested. There is some fading on the leather... I tried to show in pics.
