Hi, the description says size 4 but the tag in picture says size 8?

@eli2438 hi !! Yes that is correct:) this is a vintage item from early 80’s before there was a size 0 introduced or vanity sizing. Sometimes I’m the late 80’s early 90’s clothing manufacturers realized that they could sell more of a item with a smaller size tag In it/before that there was no size zero

@eli2438 yeah no problem! For an example I have a vintage 70’s denim skirt on here that says it’s a juniors 7/8 but in today’s sizing it’s a 0 or even 00. Sizes really don’t mean anything anymore- especially when you are dealing with a vintage garment. Know your measurements and you can pick up some exceptional vintage items.
