Leather winter boots made in Italy 7 1/2

These boots are really cute and cool. Leather and wool. They don’t have a brand on them and I can’t find them anywhere on the Internet. My grandmother gave me these about 20 years ago. I am a size 8 and they are too snug. They have never been worn outside. Only tried on maybe three times.
