jagior25 @bonbon94 ok I got in touch with the PO. It was sent back to the one in my area. I will have to go there to pick it up later if I can . The address was the one in Los Angeles 90001. It didn’t look like there was a complete address on the receipt I got

jagior25 I went to the post office where I live. The package was shipped back to California today. This will be back and forth unless I pay to have the package intercepted. This had become a real problem.

jagior25 Ok I just came home and the package was outside my door. It said no such street. Return to sender. The address on the label said Jeanette Kridel 17352 Sunset Blvd. LA, CA 90001 If you make a new label I can bring it to the post office on Monday and try shipping it again

If you want t your money back I will refund it but It seems like since day one there been a problem, first with the shipping and now with this. Why did you pay for it without opening it first? I have a used one if you want me to replace it . You let me know what I can do now

jagior25 Btw the product does not come with a plastic cap or a carrying case. I have the same one. If that’s the case it would have weighed a lot less. I know the product was in there by the weight.

jagior25 @bonbon94 take a picture of the box and show me where this is written. Also the box would have weighed a lot less . How do I know you didn’t remove the device from the box and now want your money back so as to get it for free? There are plenty of scams going on

jagior25 @bonbon94 yes and because I have this item I know it did not come with a carrying case, it came with a plug and charger. Take my comment as you wish but scams do exist and I’ve learned to be on alert for them.
