These khakis are very soft and have elastic all the way around, but it doesn't look like elastic from the outside. Waist- 22" across, unstretched Hip- 28" Length- 42" waistband to hem Inseam- 31" Flat front with zipper and button closure and front pockets. Faux pocket flaps for design only on the back. These have a bit of wear in the thigh area as seen in photo. Fabric isn't thin, just some pilling.
