Very nice used condition, could wear with or without the belt. I took photos of dress both ways. Belt is very elastic so stretches to fit. Zipper back. Round neck. Small slit on one side. Laying Flat: Underarm to underarm measures 16 inches Arm length 22 inches Front neck to bottom 35 inches back to bottom 37 inches belt across (not stretched) 22 inches but easily stretches to 30. Very nice vintage dress. Many sequins.
