Lee Leather Skirt

No size, but does have cleaning instructions. See photo for waist measurement of 12.5 inches across front, which gives 25 inches for the full circumference. As it is leather there is no "give" to the sizing. Nice bit of flare to the skirt. If I had to guess it would be a 0-2 size and vintage. Zipper and button work without issues.
