This is a pair of white cotton (98%) capri pants. You can fold the bottom of the pant legs to cuff them or let them go straight. The waistband is very comfortable with cotton elastic and an inch & 1/2 wide. The white is very white with no yellowing. They have been worn maybe twice. I lost weight so it no longer fits me. The pant leg is 26” long when cuffed, and 29” long without the cuff (straight). Thank You for looking!

tawomack @krigert Hello, yes, smoke free home. The waist is flexible as it is stretchy and comfortable. I apologize for the delay in answering your questions.
