Halloween Queen of Hearts costume dress, can be off the shoulder. Never wore, too low cut, bought from a previous Poshers. Ended buying the Wind-Me-Up Dolly costume. Listed in my closet. Glitter Suits, zipper works, with attached tie in back. Adult: XL 14-16, runs tight. Fits more like 10-12. pit 16, stretches to 20" waist 15", stretches to 17" length 29", 6" above the knee, pretty short. I'm 5'9".
