Leg and arm warmers set handmade

Made by me from a vintage crochet afghan blanket. I’m not going to lie - this was one of the most difficult things I’ve ever made! The wool blanket was so thick that I had to recalibrate my serger sewing machine…broken needles…but WOW it was totally worth it! This vintage 1970’s afghan felted perfectly when it was washed and dried, becoming a thick, plush wool in lovely, happy shades of 1975! The leg warmers are about 6 inches across at the tops with a drawstring to cinch them. There’s a kick split in the back. Slight bell bottom shape. Perfect over leggings and boots. About 18 inches tall. The arm warmers or wristlets are about 8 inches tall. About 4.25 inches across at the wrist, about 5 inches across at the upper opening. No thumb holes.
