Leith Nordstrom brand tunic tank dress blue

Silk feel long sleeveless tunic or short dress with tapered hem and generous sleeve hole. Measures approximately 17" wide armpit to armpit; 33,5" long from upper shoulder to hem; 19" wide in hip area. Never worn, but top label removed with paper tag, size estimated as 2 or 2/4. The color is blue, like sky blue (did not come out right in picture).
