Lela Rose exquisite strapless dress. The top of this dress is black, and has boning at the front bust and at sides that maintains the perfect fit. Below the waist is periwinkle blue alencon lace, that’s lined in black. Open shouldered at back, with a hook/eye and zip closure at back. Dress also has kick pleat at the back bottom hem. Bust is 19”, waist is 16”, and length from center of the bust, to bottom hem is 34. In EXCELLENT used condition!
