Lela Rose Sz 8 watercolor floral x Neiman Marcus x Target

Beautifully designed floral dress, high-low gathered skirt. Fully lined with tulle skirt in between layers. This dress is new with tags as I have never worn it, but there are 2 small tears in the outer skirt at the bottom where it got closed in a storage bin. See photos. Pockets! Came with a thin black belt but this is gone. Straps in shoulder to hold bra straps in place. Approximate bust and waist measurements shown, shoulder to hem in front 41, in back 47.
