lamurphette @sarahkshely thanks so much. Customer service can’t seem to convey the message that the dust bags are behind the jewelry counter when something ships from a store instead of a warehouse. Hot mess for sure. Lele Sadoughi direct was supposed to include extras in my last order and forgot them as well.
