Lemon Grass Blouse S, puckered cotton blend

Lemon Grass vintage Ladies Size S button-front blouse in a puckered, black-on-white ticking stripe, cotton - spandex blend. Deep red horizontal cross-stitching anchors the stretchy puckered fabric. Sleeves, 3/4 length, have notched hems. Very casual, lightweight and great for layering over a tank. Approx 18” Measured pit to pit, not stretched.
